Where can I begin? Being a woman with zero car experience can be difficult, not knowing what’s going on with your car or who will be fair enough and not try to scam you. The minute I walked into AAMCO I felt safe, Alex was super patient and explained throughly what was happening with my car and how he and his team intended to solve it. Every single day that my car was in their shop, I got an update via text. There was no need for me to be running around or worrying. AAMCO cares for their customers, not in a sense of just doing business, but by offering them that they will be taking care of.
I had a great experience with AAMCO. Ellis was the technician who had assisted me with what I had come in for. He was very helpful and patient with any questions I had about my vehicle. Detail-oriented with the answers he provided me. I 10/10 recommend AAMCO's services and friendly staff who assisted me.
